My client has an opening for a Legal Assistant. This role is 4 days a week on site. The Legal Team Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to attorneys and legal teams within a busy law firm environment. Responsibilities include document preparation and proofreading, client correspondence, attorney calendar management, billing and time entry, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, and maintaining electronic files and client information. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or legal environment, along with strong Microsoft Office, communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Experience with legal systems such as iManage, Elite, Aderant, Carpe Diem, CRM, and Concur is highly desirable.
